Python Web Scrape Script for Supplier
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm looking for a Python developer to write a web scraping script for my wholesale suppliers' online ordering portal. This catalogue is similar to a standard e-commerce site, but it requires login credentials.
Scope of the Script:
- The script must be able to extract product names and prices, stock levels, as well as product descriptions and images.
- The script should save the scraped information into a CSV file upon execution.
Login Details:
- I will provide the login details to the script manually each time.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python and web scraping libraries such as BeautifulSoup or Scrapy.
- Experience with e-commerce site scraping preferred.
- Ability to write clean, efficient code.
- Familiarity with CSV file handling in Python.
I’ve got an exisiting piece of code which uses ‘beautiful soup’ that has large bits completed but still incomplete which you may build on or reference.
The site ranges adult products so please only bid if you are comfortable with that.
