Python Web App for CSV Conversion

I'm seeeing a professional who can create both a standalone Python script and a web application for converting Eviivo CSV data into Beds24 format. The web application should feature automated data conversion, while the standalone script should initiate the conversion process upon a manual upload of the CSV files.
Key Requirements:
- Python programming expertise
- Experience in web application development
- Familiarity with CSV data processing
- Knowledge of Eviivo and Beds24 formats is a plus
The ideal candidate would be able to deliver a seamless, user-friendly application that meets these specifications.
I will attach the Eviivo Example with its headers. Also a Beds24 ending. I did do a little code myself which will help you with the mapping side of it.
