Python Web App Development Tutor

I'm looking for a Python web developer with a broad understanding of the tech stack required for my project.

- Your primary role will be to help me implement the features of this app using SQLite, Flask, VueJS, Redis, and Celery.
- I'm specifically looking for someone knowledgeable about Redis and Celery, as these technologies are the least familiar to me.
- Your guidance and expertise in these areas will be crucial to completing the project within the 21-day timeframe.

Your role will involve hands-on teaching and implementation as we work together to create this web application.

Ideal candidate should have experience in Python web development, particularly with API creation using Flask, and UI development with VueJS. In addition, expertise in Redis and Celery is a must.

Note: I'm yet to start my project, I want a person who can help me as a mentor , explain in simple about the tools, technologies, tasks needs to be done and help me when I'm struck.
This is a college project, so I wanted myself to be ready to answer viva questions and learn from you.
