Python Video Restoration Script needed

Hey there, I am looking for a python video restoration script that is able to color, upscale and smooth old videos.
I found a good example project on github that uses various deep learning models to achieve this task:

In the end, I want a python script that takes an old, black and white mp4 video as input, colorizes, upscales and smooths it and outputs the resulting mp4 video. It should not run longer than 30 mins on a standard Google Colab GPU for a one minute video.
