Python Video Player Enhancement

I have a partially completed video player in Python which needs some final tweaks to be fully functional. The project is Windows-based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate a custom-designed icon for the player
- Add a couple of direct links which will open specific videos
The ideal freelancer for this job will be proficient in Python with prior experience in developing Windows-compatible applications. A knack for custom design implementation would be an added advantage. Once this project is successfully completed, there will be more tasks for the freelancer to tackle.
