Python Video Course Creation for ta-lib and yahoo finance libraries

I'm looking for an experienced Python programmer to create a video course on the ta-lib and yahoo finance libraries. The course should be made using Jupyter notebooks on local machine and should include:
- Text narration guiding through the concepts
- Images, specifically data visualizations
- Code snippets and examples
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Python and it's libraries
- Experience in creating simple trading strategies in python
- Experience creating educational video content
- Strong narration writing skills
- Ability to create clear and informative data visualisations
Every step taken should be narrated in the Jupyter notebook. No restriction on using AI chat bots for help.
Expected deliveries: 10 Jupyter notebooks with content to make minimum 3 hours of video course(along with excels used).
