Python Twitter bot using OAuth 2.0 PKCE (Bug fixing only)

I need some help finishing my Python bot. I have to use the new OAuth2.0 PKCE for V2 twitter API. Its very annoying and I think I am nearly there with the help of AI, however I think i just need the flask file code now, and for someone to double check the main twitter.py file. I would be useful just to share a link to collab in VS code so I can get it done.
The App looks out for twitter mentions, then it posts a reply using my AI. That prerry much it. Thanks to Twitter for making it so over complited.
