Python Twitter API Integration

I'm looking for a talented developer to integrate the Twitter API into my application using Python. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:

- Proficient in Python
- Strong understanding of the Twitter API
- Experience in real-time data processing would be a plus

The specific functionalities required for the integration include:
- Retrieving user's tweets
- Posting tweets on behalf of the user
- Searching tweets by keywords

The project does not necessarily need to support real-time data processing, although the ability to handle real-time updates would be beneficial.
