Python Twilio Voice Integration

I'm looking for a Python developer proficient in Twilio to help me integrate 2-way voice functionality into my application.
Key Requirements:
- Integration of Twilio's Voice API: The primary focus of this project is on handling voice calls in a 2-way manner through Twilio's Voice API.
We are using third party applications for STT, TTS and we are able to stream live calls from Twilio to our APIs, however, we are unable to send the new voice generated back to Twilio, error is coming.
So kindly quote only if you have expertise in twilio and have worked on similar or same use case earlier. If satisfied, we will consult you again and again in our platform development using multiple features/integrations from Twilio.
