Python - Tweepy influencer mining

I want to make a python library that is capable of taking in a significant number of twitter handles (and keywords e.g. Tesla, Elon, musk) that we assume to be in the same domain area rank the most important influencers (by follower counts, retweets, etc…) and then given an output of a list of twitter handles.
