Python Transformation & Optimisation script

Create a python based reblocking algorithm with optimised reblock size selection (maximum n minimum, x y z) - ideally with a pareto frontier output and some graphs.

The reblock requires the combination of a number of smaller blocks to create a larger block with weighted values inside.

The optimal solution is looking for a reblock size which optimises a max output or max cash flow.
