Python Trading Bot Setup

I need assistance to open a virtual trading account on Binance. The goal is to link this account with Python API code. The code should provide the following functionalities:

- Display 24h crypto changes
- Execute trades via API

Additionally, I'd like to link this with TradingView for trading signals.
