Python Tool for Personal Task Management

I'm seeking an experienced Python developer to create a tool that helps me manage my daily tasks. This tool is purely a personal project aimed at improving productivity and efficiency.
The main functions of the tool include:
I would like to do the following things in sequence:
1 - activate a window where a videoclip is shown in full screen on my PC,
2 - take a screen-shot to capture a frame of the video,
3 - process the frame,
4 - activate an OpenCV window where I show the captured frame with the results of the processing superimposed,
5 - resume from 1 (until a click on the OpenCV window or Esc are provided).
The ideal candidate needs to have an understanding of Python with possible experience in productivity tool development. Experience or familiarity with project management software is an added advantage. This project calls for problem-solving skills and creativity to ensure the final tool is both effective and user-friendly. Looking forward to your bids!
