Python, Tesseract, OpenCV, label and box reading

We would like to have your help to make a label and product box reader software with an API.

API Receive:
1. receive product label
2. Ingredients label

API return:
1. Product labrl text
2. Ingredient text

We already have another solution for text extraction but not for product label extraction.
