Python, Terraform on AWS, CodeBuild, Kubernetes and docker, pyspark, SQL, AWS, Airflow -- 2

Im looking for a experienced person who can work on Python (Advanced level), Cloud Infrastructure as code (Terraform on AWS ), Codebuild, Kubernetes and docker., Pyspark, SQL, AWS (EMR, S3, Glue, Hive EC2), Airflow. Im looking for person who can work 4 hour a day at EST time zone for long term upto 1 year Monday to friday.
Pay will be 45k to 60k Per month
