Python Telegram Bot Connection Assistance

I need help connecting my trading signals bot to Telegram. The bot is already created, and I have a Telegram bot token from BotFather. I just need a Python expert to guide me through the process.

Please note, the bot sends me trading signals, and I am currently unable to connect it to Telegram. I plan to run the bot on a local machine.
