Python Task - JSON raw conversion

Good morning,
I am looking for a good python programmer to perform a conversion of a large amount of raw data in JSON format to a new JSON format with my own specifications.
I have already created a BETA code that would need to be fixed and improved a lot.
I created this repo: https://github.com/marcoselva/rawDataConversion containing all the necessary documentation.
I would need this code in a week, please read this file https://github.com/marcoselva/rawDataConversion#readme carefully and get me a quote and know if you can actually do this work for me in the given cost and time.
I would also like to have a video call before I commission the work to explain all the specifics and remove any doubts you may have about the tasks to be completed.
