Python Sports Match Analyzer and Send to telegram automated Everydaty

I'm looking for a Python developer who can create a program to analyze stats from Flashscore and Sofascore. The tool should focus on major football leagues and provide betting tips based on in-depth game analysis.

Requirements:
- Aggregate data from Flashscore and Sofascore
- Analyze key leagues: Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Liga Betclic Portugal, Europa League, Champions League, Conference League, Ligue 1, Serie B, Japan First League, Korean First League
- Evaluate stats: goals scored, shots on target, average goals per match, recent results
- Generate and send daily betting tips based on analysis
- Ideally, experience in sports data analysis and Python development
