Python Software Developer to develop a thin client windows based application

We need to develop a thin client web application compatible with windows platform that can autorun with the USB drive. We have already developed some portion of it in python. You can check and run the code to see the existing functionality and built on the further functionalities as the project is still incomplete. The application framework necessarily to be in python.
The application will be stored on a USB device and should autorun when connected to the user PC.
The application will be a simple user interface with other functionalities (which will be integrated on our end later) that gives user an option to keep the USB hardware online or offline with click button on UI.
When user clicks on the online mode, the application should allow the further functionalities and if the user clicks on offline mode, the application should eject the USB device.
When user wants to re-run the application, the application should search for USB device attached to any port of the PC and autorun to open the user interface.
The application should always be in focus and should eject the USB device when taken out of focus.

The detailed step by step functionality is mentioned below:
1. When USB with our installed thin client software is connected to the PC for the first time, it should autorun and get installed with icon on desktop
2. The app UI should show an option of Online and Offline mode on the landing page
3. When clicked on Online mode the app should allow further functionalities which we will provide you and you just have to integrate it
4. The app should eject the USB when we click on the offline mode. The USB will always stay attached to the PC in any of the USB port.
5. the application should always run in focus, it should eject the USB when taken out of focus due to any action of the user. For example if other application opens or accidentally closed.
6. the next time when user opens the app by clicking on the app icon then the application should search if the USB is present in any of the USB port, autorun to open the app instance UI and should again give an option of online or offline mode
7. When the software ejects the USB, it should completely cease the data transmission between the USB drive and the PC by deactivating the port to which the USB is connected.
The status of the data transmission will be reflected by the glowing LED on the body of our custom designed USB drive which glows when data transmission is on and shuts off when the port is disconnected from the system.
