Python Simple Website development

I am in need of a skilled developer to create a website for me. The primary purpose of the website should be informational. A contact form is a must, and I am also open to any user registration or search functionality that could be beneficial to the website. I am also open to any design and color scheme suggested by the developer. The website should be built with Python, allowing the website to be highly efficient and effective. Note AWS SES SMTPS is integrate with any website so that I can send upload the sender email list on the application and send multiple emails.
