Python Simple Program (4-5 things to do)

Very simple python program that is well explained in the instructions attached. It looks lengthy because it is well-explained to make it even more easy so don't worry, its just 4-5 things that you have to code. Estimated time to complete is 2 hours but I need this in 5 hours if you need the extra time.
