Python Simple GUI and Calculations -- 2

I am seeking a Python developer to create a Simple GUI program that can take a ‘. Par’ file, perform calculations on its columns and generate results in CSV format. The program should also be able to generate two charts for specific columns, which will be discussed during the initial discussion.
The key requirements for this project are as follows:
1. The program should be able to read a '.par' file and display its contents in a user-friendly interface.
2. The program should perform specific calculations on the columns of the file based on user inputs.
3. The program should generate CSV files containing the results of the calculations.
4. The program should generate two charts for specific columns based on user inputs.
5. The program should have a simple and intuitive GUI, which should be easy to navigate for non-technical users.
6. The program should be able to handle large '.par' files without any performance issues.
