Python Server for Richmor MDVR Communication

I'm seeking a developer to create a straightforward Python server platform. This server will communicate with Richmor MDVR devices using the JT808 protocol. Please read the attached document it has all the protocol information.

Key Requirements:
- Handle terminal registration
- Receive GPS data, alarm data, and more
- Query multimedia data (e.g., pictures and videos from specific dates and times)
- Modify all available device settings (network, recording, alert settings, and more)
- Change device configurations as needed

This server platform's primary purpose is to monitor GPS data, query multimedia data, and receive and handle alarms. No need for front end, we just need this code to integrate in our main python server project. Just keep it simple yet fully functional. We will forward a real device to your IP so you can test and show us a working proof.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Python programming
- Experience with server development
- Familiarity with the JT808 protocol and Richmor MDVR devices
- Understanding of multimedia data handling
- Knowledge of GPS data monitoring
- Able to configure network, recording and alert settings

Ultimately, the code should be robust enough to handle all types of alarms, including motion, geofence, and temperature alarms. Please, only apply if you can meet these requirements.
