Python/Selenium Social Interaction App

I'm looking for a python dev who knows Selenium (to avoid using social APIs), to create a social interaction automation on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest, YouTube and Reddit (upvotes). I would like to be able to add keywords for each social platforms, and fill the number of interaction per day and time range between each interaction.
Budget $300.
