Python Script with Database

Hi Guys!
My name is Go and im working as Graphic Designer and Web-Developer. Im also coding beginner in python. With help from an freelancer in past, i coded an little scraping program in python. The target is an secound hand platform where users post cars, clothes, electronic devices and these stuffs where we collect informations, save in database tables and use them for others tasks. Since some years of working well i decided now to update the script completely and make an more modern and better version of it.
To do that, i need support from advanced python coder. If you are one of the 95% here that just learned python an while ago and want make a little money - please skip my offer. Save our both time. Trust me, we both will get frustrated. And you will NOT get paid out.
Important for you to know is: That you dont work with an usual client. The hole processflow is already drawn by me. Means that you get an chart where you exactly see what code does in each condition. An little piece of this chart you see in attachments to get an little idea of it. So on each step of code you will have my support and my eyes on for sure and i will advice you. Each step of code is already defined, and you just need code it.
If you agree to accept the job - my conditions are:
1. We work remotely on MY PC.
2. We work on fixed price for the project. I dont want pay by hour when we starting debugging your own bugs.
3. I want complete this project within one Week ( 7 Days ) How you manage your time is up to you im almost always online at my PC and we can work. But the deadline is 7th Day.
The key skills of this projects are:
- Error handling
Just coding an request with if, else arguments are easy. Good coder keeps error handling always in mind, and for each action in code it has to be an failover process to prevent script from wrong responses, and crashes.
- Database
We save Infromations we get in Database tables. There will be 3 python files running in same time wich needs access read/write into same database. With SQL this isnt possible, so you need find an DB solution where multiple read/write operations from more then one python script is possible.
- Libaries you should know well
requests, BeautifulSoup, threading
