Python Script get stock input from client then Scrap realtime data from Yahoo Finance to our syatem and Data Transfer through API

I am looking for a Python developer to create a script that will gather stock symbols from our clients and scrape real-time stock prices from Yahoo Finance. The script should then transfer the data to client system using an API or he can visulize realtime stock price to his dashboard.
Specific requirements for the project include:
- Gathering stock symbols - client can upload anytime through API/or CSV file upload by client.
- script can detect new input and Scraping real-time stock prices from Yahoo Finance in our system
- Transferring the data to client system through an API
- It would be great if script can detect changes in website scructure and through AI it autometically find new tag.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with web scraping using libraries such as BeautifulSoup or Scrapy
- Knowledge of API integration and data transfer
