Python Script to get details from API and populate local CSV

I require a python script that will access an API (Keys Supplied). Look for newly created "Appointments" records (API resource). Cross-reference against 1 items in corresponding "Patients" records (API resource), and either ignore, or populate "Appointment" data to local csv file.
