Python Script for taking Data and Modifying it

I'm looking for a skilled programmer to create a small Python script for me. The goal is to extract specific parts of JSON data from an API call and then send them via webhook.
Key tasks:
Taking the output.txt file, I don't really need anything before the 'reviews_data' so that could be stripped out.
The rest of the data, this application sends me various data. I need the data put into array. The sourceData.txt is what the application is sending me. The Reviews-Array.txt is the format I need the data in. There won't always be the same number of reviews returned, so sometimes it could be none, one, or more than one. This is why the array format is required.
A simple python script is all I need that will handle doing this. Please no placeholder bids, with a request to chat for more details. Please place a final bid, and please include when this will be completed. Preference will be given to a fast completion.
