Python Script for Web Video Stream Extraction

I'm seeking a skilled Python developer to create a script capable of extracting a video stream from a web page. The stream data is transmitted via a websocket, primarily as binary data with occasional string data for timing purposes. The captured stream data will need to be sent to ffmpeg for processing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a Python script to extract video streams
- Ensure the script can handle both binary and string data
- Facilitate the sending of stream data to ffmpeg for processing
- Transcode the stream into MP4 format
- Script will be run on a server so if a browser is needed it will need to be scripted headless

This project is focused on transcoding the video streams into MP4 format at a medium quality level.

- Proficient in Python and WebSocket handling
- Experience with ffmpeg
- Familiarity with video transcoding
- Ability to work with binary and string data
