Python Script for Scaleway Cloud

We are seeking an experienced developer to create a script that automates the creation and management of server instances on Scaleway Cloud using their API. The script should have the following functionalities:

Create Instances:
Specify the number of instances to be created.
Use image options: CentOS 9 or AlmaLinux 9.
Select the region for the instances.
Choose a pricing plan.
Use OpenSSH key for secure access.
Select IP type: routed or NAT IP.

Delete Instances:
Delete instances based on IP.
Option to delete just the routed IP or NAT IP.

Manage IPs:
Create routed IP or NAT IP.
Link new IP to an available instance.

Requirements:

Proficiency with the Scaleway API.
Strong knowledge of CentOS 9 and AlmaLinux 9.
Experience with SSH key management.
Ability to handle different IP types (routed and NAT).
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with Scaleway Cloud services.
Experience with cloud instance scaling and automation.
Strong problem-solving skills.

Deliverables:

A script that fulfills all the listed functionalities.
