Python Script for Pushing in bulk CSVs automatically from Google drive to the Neverbounce API

I am looking for a Python expert to help me with a relatively easy script for pushing in bulk CSVs automatically from Google Drive to the Neverbounce API. I need the script to rely on a reliable Python library, be able to authenticate with the API using API Key Authentication . The CSVs will be gotten from a google drive folder uploaded, and then processed in the neverbounce API, once this is done the CSV file is moved to a different folder i.e Processed folder, My understanding is that this should be a relatively straightforward project for someone with extensive knowledge in Python. I'm looking for someone who can get the job done quickly and accurately. Any experience with Neverbounce API would be a plus of course.
