Python Script for Cloudflare R2 Automation for win11 pc

I need an expert in Python to write a script that will automatically upload a compressed single file from my Windows PC desktop to Cloudflare R2 every two hours and purge the cache.

Requirements:
- Upload every two hours.
- Retry immediately on errors.
- Purge cache after each upload.
