Python Script for Blender / Cinema4D

I am after someone who is able to write a code that can create a random biomorphic object. I want the code to have a random value in different parameters so each time the code is run a different object is created. I want the code to be able to be altered so that it can create any kind of mesh using random values. I have attached images for the kind of objects I am looking to be created from the code.
My budget is $150 USD Maximum.
