Python Script for AWS Lambda & ChatGPT

I'm looking for a Data Scientist who can craft a standalone Python script for a specific workflow. This script will send an mp3 file to Amazon Web Services (AWS) for speech recognition. Our aim is to convert spoken words into readable, plain text transcription.

Here's what needs to be done:

- Send an mp3 file from Python script to AWS
- Utilize AWS Lambda functions to transcribe the mp3
- The transcribed file must be in plain text format
- The transcribed text should then be sent to ChatGPT
- Wait for and handle the response from ChatGPT
- Retrieve the converted mp3 file back into the Python script

The expert for this job should have these essential skills:
