Python Script, Uploading image, Retrieving URL and Manipulating JSON

I'm looking for a Python Developer that can write a python script that will:
1. Take a URL image from a JSON file and upload it to a website
2. Get the processed image from that website
3. Upload it to my AWS S3 Bucket
4. Get the AWS S3 Bucket URL
5. Put the AWS URL into a JSON file
That's the flow and it's pretty basic python script.
