have a working Python 3 script that creates photomosaics using images from a tile folder. I need a new version that supports SVG images as both output and tile format.
Key Tasks:
Process SVG tiles and assign brightness values for placement.
Add options for Pixel (JPG/PNG) or Vector (SVG) mode.
Implement concentric tile placement (rings around the center).
Option to generate video frames showing mosaic progression.
