Python Script: Copy cells from excel (source) and type text into web app form(target). (Ctrl+V function disabled)

Problem:
Manually entering data from excel to another program (copy typing). The program has disabled copy & paste function.

Script I need:
I only need one row to be executed
SOURCE: Excel spreadsheet - One row to be copied
TARGET: web application - enter data into specific fields
