Python Script to Check TikTok Email Associations Using Tor Browser and Proxies

I am looking for an experienced developer to create a Python script that can achieve the following tasks:
Project Requirements:
Input:
Accept a list of email addresses (potentially thousands) in a text file format.
Functionality:
The script should automatically use the "Forget Password" feature on TikTok's website to check if each email is linked to a TikTok account.
For each email, it should determine whether it is linked to a TikTok account.
Tor Browser Integration:
The script must run through Tor browser or another anonymity tool to avoid getting rate-limited, banned, or timed out by TikTok.
The script should change the proxy every 3 email checks to prevent detection and ensure smooth operation.
Output:
Save the emails that are linked to TikTok accounts in one .txt file.
Save the emails that are not linked to TikTok accounts in another .txt file.
Performance & Optimization:
The script should be efficient and handle thousands of emails without issues.
Handle any potential error messages or blocks from TikTok due to rate limiting or captcha challenges.
