Python Script Adjustment Needed

Need this python script adjusted and an exe file made and adjusted source code provided.

Basically this script clicks a rotate proxy link and continues to rotate until the fraud score on scamlytics is 0 or less. You make the script rotate by clicking the screen and clicking ctrl c.

I need the following options built in this rotating proxy:

1. the ability to select proxy based on what I put in the config file

let's say proxy 1, proxy 2 and proxy 3
I should be able to name the proxy: Yalla Proxy, Anderson Proxy, Instagram Proxy, etc. Up to 5 is fine.

2. the ability to type "rotate" or "rotate 0" or "rotate 20"
In each event, the proxy should rotate, rotate to a 0 fraud score, rotate to a 20 fraud score.

3. Instruction manual on how to compile to exe

4. Original source code provided.

It is a very very simple script, just need a few adjustments done. Took the original coder maybe 1 hour to make it.

For the script, please put in an application and I'll send it to you. I'm looking for both flat rate and hourly applications/proposals.

As a matter of fact, I attach the original script.
