Python Screen Scraper for AFL Tables

I'm looking for a skilled Python developer to design and provide coding for a screen scraper. Its purpose: extracting all tables from the webpage https://afltables.com/afl/stats/2024t.html#1.
The data needs to be output in CSV format. The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience with web scraping in Python, and can guarantee that the scraper will handle minimal changes to the website structure manually.
Key Requirements:
- Design and coding of a Python-based screen scraper
- Extraction of all tables from the specified webpage
- Output of extracted data in CSV format
- Ability to handle minimal changes in the website structure manually
Please note, I'm looking for a one-time scrape. The scraper does not need to adapt automatically to potential changes in the website structure, but should be able to handle minimal changes manually such as changes to the destination URL so long as new destination is still structured on similar tables (eg. https://afltables.com/afl/stats/2023t.html or https://afltables.com/afl/stats/ages.html#bd).
