Python Scraping + Excel Dashboard Automation

Hello,
I am looking for an Expert in Python that can create a Python Script for Scraping a specific site, but also that is an EXPERT in Excel to create a Small Dashboard that processes the information so we can choose a winner.
Once the information is scraped it must be organized in an Excel Sheet, that later it should calculate its "Rarity" to let me know which one is the best.
I already have something functioning, so what I need is improvement and to make it more professional.
