Python Scanner (NSE India)

I need help creating a Python Scanner (stocks NSE) alerts of which will be received on personal telegram group and email(optional) and results that came be saved in the form of CSV file.
Alert include one of the parameter such as count of bar from current bar to some historical reference point bar in the chart. Count = Distance between current bar and historical reference point bar. Count = 30/40/50...
Want to run the same script for different time frames.
So the developer will either keep Time frame(TF) as an input to run the scan or tell me what necessary changes needs to be done to get results for a particular time frame. 15 min and 1D are my preferred TFs.
EOD Results -
What if don't run the script or scan throughout the day during market hours and want to see the results at the EOD on multiple time frames. Want to scan 1D/15min TF results at EOD. Alerts I may miss during the day time, can I get them at EOD in the form of CSV file or anything else.
Chartink (website) scanners have this feature where one can see historical results with the time when they came.
