Python SOCKS5 Proxy Creation

I need a Python program that creates a SOCKS5 proxy to anonymize my internet traffic. This proxy should cater specifically to:

- Windows
- Compatible with the Proxyswitchyomega extension used in the Chrome browser

Please note, this proxy does not require authentication support, so the code should be designed without any username/password or IP-based checks.
