Python Runtime Error Troubleshooting

I'm encountering runtime errors in my Python program that scrapes data from websites. The program is intended to collect information from upstox site but is unable to execute properly due to error(snapshot of error is uploaded). The error is showing only in windows 7 virtualbox VM. When the script is run in normal windows 7 laptop/desktop it's working properly and not showing any error.

Ideal Candidate:
- Expert in Python debugging, especially with regard to runtime errors.
- Experience in web scraping with Python.
- Familiarity with error handling and troubleshooting in Python.
