Python Rota Application for Medical Staff

As a medical facility, we are seeking an experienced Python developer to create a customized rota application. The application should be web-based and must be compatible across both Mac and Windows systems. The required functionalities are:
- User authentication and access control: A secure login system for different users such as administrators, senior doctors, and junior doctors.
- Shift scheduling and management: An efficient mechanism to allocate shifts to junior and senior doctors, inclusive of details such as timing, department, and the assigned senior doctor.
- Customizable templates: Varying templates for different departments, providing unique and customized scheduling and management features.
- Junior doctor allocation: A special feature to attach junior doctors to specific senior doctors.
- Leave management: Tracks annual leaves, study leaves and availability of doctors.
The developer should be proficient with Python and possess expertise in Django and Flask frameworks. Knowledge of healthcare systems and management would be an added advantage. We anticipate a highly secure, intuitive, and user-friendly applicaton.
