Python Resume Parser Developer

I'm looking for a Python developer to create a resume parser for me. The parser should be able to process PDF and DOCX files and extract contact information, education history, and work experience from the resumes.

Key Requirements:
- Proficient in Python development
- Experience in working with PDF and DOCX file formats
- Prior experience with developing resume parsers or similar parsing tasks
- Knowledge of natural language processing and text extraction techniques would be a plus

The extracted information should be structured in a way that can be easily integrated into a database.
