Python Remove Green Background form Screenshare

Hi there,
Looking to remove the background of this video using either JavaScript or Python. I'm open to you using libraries but it has to be efficient. You can convert it to mp4 or images if you like but it needs to be returned in a .mp4 format.
Once it removes the green background and can replace it with an image I am happy.
Please note $10 is the max I will pay for this as I do not believe it is more than 1 hour of work.
