Python Regression Model

Looking for a standard Python code for linear regression. The code should be able to import a dataset and/or be used in PBI. Need the information for how the dataset should be structured for input and visuals on the output.
The code should be designed to be easily changed to add or subtract variables and change the dependent and independent variables.
