Python + React developer with Text expertise and Amazon Neptune

I am looking for an experienced Python + React developer with a strong history in freelancer (No agencies please) with text expertise and Amazon Neptune to work on an existing business project. The right person will possess the highest level of expertise and experience with both Python and React, as well as demonstrable experience with working with text and Amazon Neptune or any other graph databases.
