Python Raspberry Pi

I'm looking for a proficient Python developer with specific skills in Raspberry Pi to help me to create a web application that will run on ubuntu on a single raspberry pi. The goal is to effectively implement database functionality in Python on the Pi.
Here is what the project entails the following:
- Setting up and integrating a database. The specific database type has not been decided yet, and so I'm open to discussing this. The developer's input will be appreciated.
- Given this is a high-priority project that needs to be completed as soon as possible, I am seeking someone with availability and enthusiasm to complete the task.
